Once, there was a princess....
She was a quite princess who tried her best to make everyone around her happy. It didn't really bother her that she never had it her way.To her, as long as her people were happy everything was fine. One day, her best friend asked her wether she was happy.... The princess didn't reply....
She thought about it day and night and always ended up with the answer of not being happy even though she tried numerous times to end up with the anwer being happy she still got the same answer. Though her people were happy....she wasn't....her life practically revolved around her people....
One day, She decided to run away from the castle....to a distant kingdom and pretend that she was a commoner. So that's what she did.She headed North and didn't stop until she reached a kingdom. Wearing commoner clothes she made out of left-over cloth she blended in.
For a few days she enjoy her commoner life, working as a maid in an inn in order to have shelter and food to eat but then the prince went to the inn she was working in and stayed for a while. The prince was perfect....kind and caring, artistic and strong, smart and calm, funny and entertaining. One day when it was her turn to clean the Prince's room she noticed that the Prince's boots needed some stitching. So she took out a needle and thread and started stiching. What she didn't know was that the Prince saw this and wanted to repay her for her kindness so he asked her if she wanted to go for a picnic with him. She delightedly agreed to it.
On the day of the picnic they had so much fun with each other that they asked each other out again. On the second date they practically fell in love with each other.
One day, after a month of going out with the commoner pretending princess, the prince asked for her hand in marrige. But in order for their marrige to be approved the prince needed to meet the Princess's father and ask for his blessing. What he didn't know was that her father was the king of their allianced kingdom. When the princess decided to bring him to her father, the father was so relieved and happy that he gave them his blessing without hesitation and threw a grand party.
The kingdoms grew prospurose and everyone was happy. Including the princess who once gave her own happiness and practically half her life to her kingdom in order for her people to be happy. This goes to show that good things happen to those who give good to others.
I hope you enjoyed the story though it was short and totaly weird tell me if you want more~
